It’s too early in the year to decide what my 2024 challenges are. I’m spreading my efforts across several disciplines, having thrown in the running for the first time this year. Ideally, I would have a big day on the bike, a half marathon or more, and a 160kg deadlift. But I’m still trying to find the right balance of rest and recovery for all three training types. I will set my 2024 goals at the end of January.
